Hiring Company Representatives
Looking for a way to make income beyond your normal paycheck? How does making your own schedule sound? Are you a quick learner, personable, organized, and self motivated? We’re looking to grow our team and let our company do for your family what it’s done for ours! We need self-driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team as Representatives to assist homeowners with their storm damage inspections (primarily roofs), estimates, insurance claims, and be present on job days. This is a great fireman job for your off days.
When
Start training and generating leads right away. A job can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks till close out. This job can be full or part time depending on what you put into it.
Where
We do monthly training meetings at our South Denton location but we do work all over North Texas (mostly Cooke and Denton Counties to Dallas) so you can pursue leads in your chosen area. You help us fill out our service area for quicker response and can choose your target area, so this is a good North Texas job no matter where you live in the area.
What
This is a commission based job that will entail generating your own leads and running company leads, doing roof inspections and reports, keeping up with customer information (with our CRM program), making regular contact with customers to plan the job, making estimates, and managing the job on the build day(s). If you work flexible hours this can work great as a second job, a perfect fireman job for your off days. You provide the ladder, smart phone, car capable of hauling some material, and the motivation -we’ll help you with the rest! Although sales or construction experience can be useful, it is not necessary to apply to work with our team.
Who
What Qualifies Me For This Position?

Reliable personal vehicle (that can haul some material and a ladder as needed), a valid driver’s license

Able to carry and climb a ladder and walk on a roof to do inspections

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly organized and able to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a busy calendar for 6 to 10 months out of the year

Able to pass a criminal background check

Have a smartphone and can stay on top of emails and calls to respond in a timely manner
