A commercial roof coating is a fantastic cost-efficient option for repairing a commercial roof that leads and is beyond the point that we can repair it.
Today we worked with a customer who had leaks in multiple locations inside their store. We inspected the roof but were not able to find any obviously damaged sections. It’s just a worn-out old roof. We could replace the roof, but we can also apply this specialized coating. It will reseal the roof with a waterproof layer which will get into all the cracks and crevices. It’s like putting a new membrane over the old roof.
Why Coating is a Great Option
This is a great option if you think you might need a roof replacement but are not quite ready to make that investment. Your roof will need to be free of any drainage problems so that we will not need to reshape or re-taper it. But if your roof is otherwise in good shape, we can apply this coating and spare you a whole roof replacement.
