Affordable Roof Repair Service Dallas, TX
You probably have a lot of questions about roof repair service and roof maintenance.
Let’s get those questions answered.
Most Common Types of Roof Repair
Patching roofs is our most common roof repair service. You can tell it’s time to at least take a peek if you’re able to gather a handful of granules as pictured.
Next up, we have a lot of emergency roof repair service calls. As you well know, North Texas can bring a ton of severe weather in during the summer, and this often magnifies existing issues to the point that a leak occurs.
When it comes to our roof leak repair service, we advise our customers to be vigilant during severe storms, as this is the best way to find the issue before it turns into something catastrophic.
Next, our bread and butter roof repair service is our residential roof repair team. This might not come as a surprise, as there are far more residential properties than commercial in North Texas.
Lastly, we have our normal roof repair and maintenance services. This mainly consists of replacing plumbing stacks that get damaged by animals or standard wear-and-tear.
Emergency Roof Repair Service
A lot of people are unprepared for catastrophic events like hail storms.
We often think we’ll have time to prepare ahead of a major weather event but North Texas storms tend to move quickly and strike erratically.
Our emergency roof repair service is designed to be quick and efficient, so we can minimize damage to be mostly superficial.
If you find yourself in need of emergency roof repair service, don’t hesitate to call us.
Roof Leak Repair Service
Unfortunately, not all leaks are obvious.
Whether caused by a sudden weather event or a lingering issue that has gradually turned into a major leak, leaving leaks unrepaired can result in major damage to the interior of your home.
Left unmanaged, you could be dealing with permanent mold damage that requires ripping out interior structures in your home.
If you find or suspect a leak in your home, call us and our leak repair team will be onsite quickly to find and repair the issue.
Expert Residential Roof Services
A home is a massive investment, so it makes sense to take measures that increase the life span of that investment.
As you read in the above points, there are a lot of things that can go wrong with your roof, and if left unchecked, can lead to critical damage to the interior of your home.
If you have any concerns about the roof of your home, give us a call and we’ll dispatch our expert residential roof services team to assess and repair any damage as necessary.
Roof Repair and Maintenance
Many of our clients hold the misconception that waiting for their roof to be pounded into submission by several North Texas hail storms is the best way to get the most money from insurance.
While this can be true at times, you are undertaking a major risk: a seemingly minor spot on your roof is actually hiding a far more serious leak or hole.
If you don’t catch this issue early, it might cause massive damage that isn’t covered by your insurance.
This is why it’s crucial to have regular scheduled maintenance and inspections.
If you have any concerns about the state of your roof, book our roof repair and maintenance service to give you the peace of mind of an informed homeowner.

What Our Customers Say
The Best Experience Ever
Frequently asked questions and answers about our company
Ricky and Shelby started Red Ladder Roofing in early 2016 after simultaneously seeing an opportunity in construction and a need for contractors with good business skills and communication abilities.
For those of you in North Texas, we are a local roofing company. Our office is located in South Denton but we service all of North Texas.
We are BBB A+ accredited, GAF certified installers, CertainTeed Shingle Masters, and members of both the RCAT and NTCRA.
Both the company and our subs are appropriately insured.
There is currently no license for roofers in the state of Texas, although we support the need for that and will be ready to join in if Texas develops one. Our business is a registered LLC however, as well as registered contractors with all applicable cities.
On most jobs we are able to offer a 5 year labor warranty as laid out in our contract. Our products also carry warranties from the manufacturer; most product warranties are transferable.
A project manager is on every job to oversee the project, check supplies, answer your questions, and manage the crew. We don’t just send the crew, we’re there making sure everything is done correctly and you are informed.
During all jobs we make an effort to tarp flower beds and sensitive areas, protect pools in close proximity, and cover AC units. Our priority is getting your house dried in, after that we make several sweeps to pick up trash and use a magnetic roller to collect nails.
A typical residential reroof takes us 1-2 days.
