Here's what shows we are a quality North Texas roofer. This is a basic overview of what we do for each of our roof replacements.
When reroofing we always strip old materials down to the decking for a fresh start per manufacturer’s recommendation. Decking is checked for issues that can be fixed (and up to 3 boards are replaced on us).
We use only high quality synthetic underlay that is easier to properly install, withstands the foot traffic of installation better, and protects your decking. The extra protection of ice and water shield is added in leak prone areas.
If a composition shingle is chosen we use first quality name brand shingles and we recommend architectural quality and above to hold up in Texas weather. We stand by our warranty and won’t install something we can’t stand behind. We develop relationships with local reps for the brands we use in case we run into warranty issues on their end and need them to work with us to help resolve it.
We value the details and finish out so we make sure accessories are chosen to match and blend with your roof in color and we work to offer specialized ventilation options, ridge shingles, gutters, etc. to be both aesthetically and functionally appropriate for your home or property.
Add Ons & Upgrades
Since we specialize in exterior restoration, now is a good time to get some other things checked off your list. Check out our services page and see if you’d like add: fence staining or skylight installation. It’s also a good time to consider upgraded shingles or ventilation. We’re happy to talk you through your options.
We offer 5 year labor warranties on most projects as laid out in our contract in addition to the manufacturer warranties our products already carry.

On most jobs we are able to offer a 5 year labor warranty as laid out in our contract. Our products also carry warranties from the manufacturer; most product warranties are transferable.

A project manager is on every job to oversee the project, check supplies, answer your questions, and manage the crew. We don’t just send the crew, we’re there making sure everything is done correctly and you are informed.
How will you protect my property?
During all jobs we make an effort to tarp flower beds and sensitive areas, protect pools in close proximity, and cover AC units. Our priority is getting your house dried in, after that we make several sweeps to pick up trash and use a magnetic roller to collect nails.
How long will it take?
A typical residential reroof takes us 1-2 days.
